Property management
We offer peace of mind to second home-owners and time-poor residents with a key holding service. We also oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property with services including handyman, cleaning, food shopping and heating/hot water turn on prior to arrival. Properties will be checked externally and internally on a weekly/twice weekly basis, with all utilities and access points inspected.
Event management
Whether it’s intimate drinks, a dinner party or large-scale celebration, North Norfolk Concierge takes pride in creating bespoke events. Calling on our hand-selected, preferred supplier list, we tailor make each event from start to finish to ensure it fulfils every expectation. We can work closely alongside clients, building the event in tandem - or, once we’ve been given a brief, we can take the reins, giving you a hassle-free experience.
Holiday essentials hire
We’ve sourced an extensive collection of indispensable items to make sure every client’s stay in North Norfolk goes with a swing. Whether you’re travelling with babies, small children or pets, we can have selected items delivered to your chosen address, ready for arrival. We also work closely with a number of local companies and can source optional extras to enrich any holiday experience, such as bicycles and water sports equipment.
