Property management
We offer peace of mind to our second homeowner clients with a reliable key holding service. Properties will be inspected on a weekly/twice weekly basis, depending on clients’ needs, including to the highest standards regarding security. Utilities will be checked, mail redirected, and plants watered.
We’ll also oversee the upkeep of the property with hand-selected property maintenance services including cleaning, window cleaning and gardening. Clients will have the option to select additional services, for example, grocery shopping and acceptance of deliveries such as shopping, fuel etc.
